I am a French photographer based in Paris.
I photograph life as it unfolds, often along the Seine, but not only there. I work at a human distance, with a perspective close to natural vision, seeking to preserve the feeling of being present rather than observing from afar.
My photographs are entirely spontaneous and never staged. I do not direct or interrupt the scene. I am drawn to the meeting of a moment, a particular light, an atmosphere, a presence. My role is simply to recognise it and preserve it.
Light is not used to dramatize, but to reveal. Through these images, I hope to evoke a sensation rather than tell a story, leaving room for personal interpretation.
